You are so on point!!!! This is how he solicits the votes of the Pastors and Congregations. He has been doing this for years. Especially in the black churches..
He has become so apparent with his tactics in the black churches that he has started hiring Pastors as apart of his staff.
He depends so heavily on Joe Harris during his campaigns that he employed all of his daugthers, with no experience or educational background (One of them is the dietician) and he gives tons of the taxpayers money to Mr. Harris son-in-law who is in charge of the boxing club in Kingsland. In order for him to use taxpayers money to support Wainright campaign he convinced her to take one of the daughters. Big Willie covers all of his bases quite well.
Did you notice the continous flow of money to a repetitive group of individuals $50.00 increments. I am sure all of the people worked the neighborhoods for Charlene Sears campaign. I wonder why Big Willie did'nt use his personal account seeing that he believes in Mistress Sears so much.

I think those repeated $50.00 payments are payments to trusties for doing work - some of it no doubt illegal - outside of the jail. I recognized one of the names as the infamous meth manufacturer who works as the male aid taking care of Smith's disabled son, Blake.
