Is The Sheriff's Office Behind These Blogs Trashing Me
I will find out. I have submitted an open records request to see who requested my mug shot. If someone actually did request it than we will have many answers to our questions, but if there is not a request then more questions will be asked.

A. Purpose of the Open Records Act
The purpose of the Open Records Act is both to encourage public access
to information and to foster confidence in government through openness
to the public. The intent of the General Assembly was to afford to the
public at large a right of access to government records generally, while
permitting some narrow categories of information to be withheld where
nondisclosure was believed to be in the public interest.
E. Act protects disclosure of information in good faith, punishes
willful nondisclosure
Any agency or person who provides access to information in good faith
reliance on the requirements of the Open Records Act shall not be liable
in any action on account of having provided access.
However, any person who knowingly or willfully violates the provisions
of the Open Records Act by failing or refusing to provide access to records
not subject to an exception under the Open Records Act, or by failing
or refusing to provide access to records within the time limits set
forth in the Open Records Act, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and,
upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $100.
N. Internal Affairs records
Investigative records of a government agency relating to the suspension,
firing, or investigation of complaints against a public employee are subject
to the Act’s disclosure requirements 10 days after the investigative
record is submitted to the agency for action or the investigation is otherwise
concluded or terminated.
When you believe that you are King and cannot be dethroned then you are liable to do almost anything. Alot of people are upset with you putting the Sheriffs truth out on the internet for everyone to view. It is much easier for him and his camp to say "It's just politics" when there is not evidence circulated to support the claimants claims. Keep up the good work. Although it is the law that Sheriff Smith answer your "request" good luck with that. I don't think it will ever happen, unless the documents are falsely "developed" after the fact.
Speaking of Kings what about King Heron. Instead of the school system utilizing the money to build an attachment to the high school so that the students could get out of the portable classrooms. They have spent millions satisfying King Heron. Millions on the weight room, new offices and turf football field. And what happens the first game he loses. But thats okay because he has a nice safety net.
If he is unsuccessful at getting a State Championship. He can always fall back on his second job Athletic Director. Why are the people of this county willing to do so much for this guy. He is getting paid as Athletic Director and Head Football Coach. What is his salary?
With over 100 players standing on the sideline; why does his son have so many positions on the team. Could it be because his dad is the Athletic Director and Head Coach. HMMMMMMM, The real school police should spend some time looking into this.
i, understand they got rid of two black coaches to make room for this guy to be A.D. It sound like there is a Stump Mit.situation (racism)that cost the citizens thousands, of couse, this is when He was hired. again the school system habits might be worst then the Sheriff,more later,still trying to get K.Taylor to call me back.

I'm a little surprised that you would think you could post all of those degrogatory/mean/childish photos with the Sheriff's picture and not think it would offend and enrage people. Who exactly do you think you are? And who is REALLY behind your attacks? I have a feeling there is a little more to it than you are telling at this point. Time will tell. Surely you didn't think you could start all of this without people checking into your background and exposing you? You have admitted to the DUI, so why are you upset with your mugshot being shown?

Alittle politic humor is funny. I have no problems with my picture on that blog. They broke law that would give them jail time. More along the lines of unethical pratices. If these were given to the author by someone in the sheriff's office then it was ment to intimadate me, and that is unethical. If that is the sheriff ofice you want fine please don't read my blog because I can't change your mind.
I work for myself. I started this blog long before Tommy Gregory or Steve Berry or anyone else spoke out. I was the first to ask the the Sheriff to resign way back in May I believe check the Tribune Archives its there.
One more time people this is not personal on Bill Smith. He is just not a good Sheriff.
