How can you arrest the owner of a property for Criminal Tresspass? The Camden County Board of Commissioners owns the 911 and Sub-Station. The Sheriff by law can not own public property.
If there is an arrest made as the Sheriff has threatened, I hope the officer has enough sense to tell the Sheriff to make the false arrest himself.
Just for the record a person in the state of Georgia can resist a false arrest even to the level of deadly force in the case of false arrest. There is case law to acquit the person if charged.
I hope and pray the Sheriff is not this stupid.

Now who do you think I saw at the substation today, and he has told a few people why he is there. He is there to arrest anyone who enters 911 without authorization. The deputy's name, I know you will not believe me but he is none other than:

Well i wonder if the commission is any better than the sheriff? They want the 911 center mainly because there is roughly $400,000.00 missing from the 911 (fee-tax)on your phone bill. The commission spent the money elsewhere illegally now they dont want to be accountable for it, if they control the 911 center they can cover it up much easier so whats the real difference between the Sheriff and the commission not much if you ask me we (the tax payers)get screwed any way we go.

The 911 center and substation were purchased and equiped with seized drug funds. Please read FEDERAL LAW if not used for the Sheriff, by the Sheriff's Office, then the building and contents reverts back to U.S Gov. (DEA)for their use, or sell which ever they prefer. Ounce again you people listen to folks with an agenda. Just remember O.B. Green is paid by the County Comm. to spout out law for the good of the County Comm. to be in the right no matter if it is wrong.

Hell, I thought the Governor was to busy praying for rain, shucks he ain't got time for BTW, BTW can spin and work his own good deeds to all us fine people here in Camden Co. And you know what? we ain't noting but a bunch of sheep and we will let him do what ever he wants.
