Let's discuss it Corky, First start with why you didn't take the stand? Then we can go from there.

Typical response from someone who is backed into a corner. They come out fighting with fear tactics. I guess they feel if they scare you into thinking you will go to jail. You will leave them alone. They must not know you very well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you got that right, Rick is gonna tell it like it is, I remember another famous Rodgers statesman name will Rodgers, one of his quotes:" I don't make jokes. I think Corky had better be very careful about who he threatens with jail time, as he's closer to it than he thinks. Don't forget Corky, there is still proof that you were willing to lie on the witness stand for Bill Smith and John Johnson. Be careful...BE VERY CAREFUL!!

Who would I be fooling. I provided a court transcript that DA Johnson said in his opening statement that Corky would testify.
