TRSP Review:
One question Why did Bill need 4 new patrol cars, when he had 4 spares back in Sept.? Three listed as spares, and Chris Fedd is listed as having two vechicle, so that makes four.
So why the request, I will tell you. Bill can play politics just as good as Berry.

Hoghead can play politics better than Peternose, they booth really need to go and let Camden get back to normal, however I believe the Carplady will be a Bill Smith yes girl
So, Courthouse Security need several vehicles to drive back and forth across the street? LOL They could carpool and save costs but I'm sure they have to drive them home and shopping etc. etc. There are two cars assigned to Richard Daley. I would love to watch that feat, driving two cars at the same time? Corrections. Why would someone working in corrections have a vehicle assigned to them? Guess they are some of the ones Billy was talking about not making much money and he gives them a car to drive to keep up moral? Kelly Laxton needs a vehicle as a records clerk? Probably just needs it to drive back and forth to work and COLLEGE? We all know why the Sr. Accountant Gina Evanson needs a vehicle, to do all her shopping especially at Wal-Mart. Think of all the money that could be saved by selling most of those vehicles and buying new cars for the deputies? Save on gas, insurance, maintenance, etc. etc.
What a rip-off for the taxpayers.
