Welcome To The New Real School Police

My newest blog, since I have more time on my hands now!!!

The Godley Files

The complete P.O.S.T record of Bob Godley. The former cop that thinks the whole county owes him an apology for his bad behavior.

There is a new blogger in town, who is also upset with this school system. Thank you Paul for standing up for what is right, and not backing down to the ESTABLISHMENT.

And don't forget the Dennis Perry trial transcript also:

Remember Dennis is the one framed by former Sheriff Bill Smith and his lying so called detective Dale Bundy.

Reviewing the RED. (from the previous post)

Reviewing the RED. (from the previous post)

Activities Calculated to Enhance Future Investigations. The support of investigations and operations that may result in further seizures and forfeitures,e.g., or reward money

The reward money in the Perry case should not have been taken out of the drug fund, as it was not a drug case. Yet they used $24,000 of it and one of the people who got this money didn't even testify.

Not hard to tell he's violated this one.

Payments for college tuition, hospitality suites at conferences, and other indirect training expenses are not allowed.

Hospitality Suites while in California with Celebrate Recovery.

Detention Facilities. The costs associated with construction, expansion, improvement, or operation of detention facilities managed by the recipient agency.

This means we could fix the problems at the jail, but we bought a boat. I guess Bill thinks the DNR and Coast Guard can't do a good enough job.

Drug Education and Awareness Programs. The costs associated with conducting drug education and awareness programs by law enforcement agencies. Such costs include meeting and entertainment costs, costs of anti drug abuse literature, travel expenses, and salaries for officers working in a drug education program.

By law enforcement agencies, not Pastors.

Shared funds may not be used for scholarships or financial aid, except for law enforcement personnel pursuing training that is necessary to the performance of their official duties.

Scholarships not allowed? Sheriff Smith says he got permission, yet he can't find the permission he received from the DOJ. Sounds like bad record keeping. Kinda like losing all the evidence in a murder trial. Poor record keeping.

Any use that creates the appearance that shared funds are being used for political or personal purposes is not permitted. For example, the use of shared funds for a sheriff’s campaign paraphernalia is impermissible.

Looks like the separation of this church

and state can be measured in inches.

Located on:

MLK Blvd, Kingsland Georgia

So, does anyone know how BTW bought the support of this little church? Pastor and deacons flown to California or just an out-and-out cash donation of drug funds?

Where is this church located? I see a Florida area code on the phone number.

it hasn't been that long ago that i saw a group of men; white and black, doing some work on the roof. it appears that the church is getting a new one. i know t needs it. who paid for it.?

"Indentured servants," perhaps?

If a church has this sign, does it pay taxes; it should be; someone needs to check on this.

Was this picture sent to you via email from a reliable source? Googling the church name doesn't get anywhere in Jax nor does googling the pastors name (only pastor tied to the name is in Washington State). Noticed that the last 4 of the phone number were removed from picture as well.

I thought that kind of funny myself.

I took this picture myself, two weeks ago on MLK Dr. in Kingsland. Go look at it for yourself.

Had to go back and read this again, Rick, cause I THOUGHT you said Kingsland.

Yes I said Kingsland. Why the 904 area code, no idea. That baffling to me. when I was taking the picture there were some people COOKING in the lot next to it, which is a driveway/parking lot. They yelled "that's right we are voting for Bill Smith." So take it how you want, but I don't know what to think about it. Never thought about until seeing the comments here. So what do you REALLY think about it?

Please Call Judge Williams

Tell her to throw out the plea deal in the Perry case,

And grant him a new fair trial.

I just spoke with a lady that had called Judge Williams number to ask for Dennis Perry's plea be thrown out and to grant him a new trial. Guess what? As soon as Dennis' name was mentioned, the secretary or whoever she was got very cold and told the lady she would have to send the judge a fax or write her a letter. AND THEN SHE WOULDN'T GIVE HER THE FAX NUMBER!! She was told she would have to write a letter..which the lady has done. Does that tell you there is something wrong with this case? You people in Camden County better wake up and smell the roses before you find yourself in the same position that Dennis is in. He isn't asking to be released. Just for a FAIR trial!!
