I just got off the phone with Judge Fry. I asked him if any charges would come from the perjury that was committed in his court last week. He said that (and I quote word for word) "I am a judge and we normally don't press charges and I have NO COMMENT on it."
Still trying to get a hold of Mr. Shepherd.
TRSP: Judge Fry is in bed with the Sheriff as well JUSTICE will never be served until these people are voted out.
Judge Fry has no regard for the law he is serving only at the pleasure of the Sheriff.
Judge Fry you need to step up as well and serve the people not the Sheriff.

Will the real District Attorney please stand up!! Steve Berry you took a oath as a lawyer, you also took a oath as a County Commissioner! Please do the right thing for the people of Camden County. Charlene Sears can't because she has receive exclusive rewards from the Sheriff. David Rainer, Preston Rhodes and Nisi Zell do not have the competence to solicit an investigation. So you are all we the people have. If you show now than you stand for the people; you are almost guaranteed to be re-elected.

You are mistaken about Judge Fry. He does not prosecute and as his office may be deciding whether or not to issue warrents, it
would be improper for him to do anything other than to state "no comment".
Stephen Kelley - and remeber his office issued a statement that they would be looking at the transcript of the Jackson, Stein and Viola hearing, would be the one that will be responsible for the desision to prosecute anyone for perjury.
On the Jenkins/Smith issues and on this question, I think that the ball is in Stephen Kelley's court or possibly with the U. S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia as Cumberland Island may be under some type of federal jurisdiction.

I sure hope I am wrong, But the way Judge Fry sounded was like he didn't care that someone lied in his court room. I watch even Judge Judy to know that that kind of stuff pisses judges off. But time will tell and I hope that I am wrong.
