This is a post directly from your blog Rick. This is what we want proof of, and what you said you could prove. Well, I'll ask for the hundredth time. Where is the proof? And yes I did post that one on your blog. The rest have my name by them.

OK here we go again.

1. Prove the accident a murder.

Same question prove one you prove the other obviously.
I am assuming you are asking about Racheyl Brinson's murder, not accident. Tripp, how many times has a women who was going to leave her husband one day, and the next day she ends up dead? How many times has law enforcement questioned the only witness over the phone? Yes that is right he never had a face to face interview with law enforcement. Tripp, how many does law enforcement not collect the weapon involved in the murder? Yes, Bill Smith and Bundy gave Steve the gun that night.

Now a top investigation agency from Pennsylvania concluded this was no accident. Many people seen the report before that agency ask me to take it down. It said that Steve was having an affair with a now elected official here in Camden County. That affair is why Racheyl was leaving Steve. Anyone who would like to see the report who has not can email me, and I will email it back to you.

Why did Steve, when he arrived back at his dad's home tell his dad "I f#%ked up!"?

None of this is slander because I got it all out of open records, Of much of the open records were redacted, and when Bill was asked why they were redacted his said because it made Steve look guilty. But as soon as Sheriff Gregory gets the office in order, I will be getting the unedited versions.

I will not rehash this with you, but I will ask if Bundy was so sure of his case, Why didn't he meet with me in a public meeting. He was ready to meet with me in private remember or a public place with just me. I wanted to meet him with many people present so they could ask questions also and then you could here too. If I would have met with him in private with no one else you would have called me a liar with anything I reported back on. Bundy wouldn't do it, because he knows he framed him. No law enforcement officer will tell that taking a single picture to a witness is proper procedure. Oh and I might add that witness was the only one that said it was Dennis and she only said that because Jane Beaver told her he did it. And yes Jane Beaver got $12,000 for that. Corky also is a liar and he got $12,000 to keep his mouth shut. Oh did I forget that this witness got such a good look at the shooter lying on her back in the church. Yes she passed out, and still was able to get a good look. thanks Jane. Besides this one witness what other evidence did they have? None you read the complete transcript, or so you say, so tell me what other evidence did they have? Any evidence from the scene?

The defense had two witnesses that said Donnie did, the prosecution says they were just drug addicts who didn't know what they were talking about. Yet that same prosecutor gave Donnie, a known drug addict himself he even admitted that on the stand, immunity. Then the prosecution states that Donnie couldn't have done it because he was at work that day. But if you read the transcript and do the math with the time card, the time card will tell you he was off that day. And then to top it off the immunity agreement states that Donnie was at the church that night. I am in the process of trying to get that agreement from the DA's office. I my first request I was told:

Dear Mr. Rogers:

I am in receipt of your Open Records Request dated January 12, 2009. At this time, I am not aware if the information you requested exists. The file you requested is archived in another county in the circuit and the Assistant District Attorney who handled the case is now retired. I will have someone from my office research the matter and contact you and let you know what is found. At that time you will also be notified as to what the charges will be for research and copying.

Amazing isn't it that not only is all the evidence in this case missing, but the agreement as well. Oh did I forget to tell that DNA cleared Dennis.
But I am having the DA to look a little harder for it no matter what cost, as long as it not a ridiculous amount like smith would always want to charge me for. I will post it as soon as I get it.

I have called Lowndes County and talked to the NEW sheriff there. Sheriff Prine said that he just took office and it was not very organized. Now I don't know if they had problems like us, and their old Sheriff was crooked as well, I hope not. But Sheriff Prine said that he would look for the paper work were Lowndes was going to give us the money and 4 cars. I will also be asking Sheriff Gregory for the same thing once this office is organized. It shouldn't be much longer, but I am sure Sheriff Gregory won't be able to find it, that is why I asked Lowndes County.

So lets talk about why Lowndes would give us this money. If you remember the only joint task force they had was Operation Blue Lightening, in which the Sheriff himself said they only recovered about $250,000 in cash and assets. Yet Lowndes was giving us much more that. Yes it is less than the $667,000 I reported, that is because the Feds keep a portion of it. That is why they call it Shared Assets, because the Feds share it with us. You can look it up in the Guide to Shared Assets in the links section of this blog.

When or if these documents are found I will post it. I can't imagine both agencies would not have kept a record of this. But anything is possible, as I was told for two years to give it up Bill Smith would win again with 98% of the vote, you even told me that a couple of times Tripp.

And just for the record I never said that a concrete worker was the one that told me this, I said a construction worker. Someone else said they heard it from a concrete worker. Look it up on Topix. I can tell that the construction worker was working with the Barber crew, but I can't say that the Barber's said it.

So out of the hundreds of things I have said these are the only three things you have. What about Godley? Walker? Chua on the Internet? Sears? Did I lie about all of them?

For someone who thinks I am a joke, you are taking this pretty seriously.
But at least we can agree, if someone was saying that to me, I would take them to court also. It would matter if i didn't get a dime as long as it cleared my name.

So I will asked you this

Can Steve prove he didn't KILL his wife? Because that is what he would have to prove in court.

Can Bundy and Smith Prove they didn't frame Perry? That is what they would have to prove.

And on the $667,000 can you prove I am lying? Who would you call to testify against me?

The man who repeated said he got permission to use the drug money for Celebrate Recovery, yet the Justice Department and his one office had know record of such permission.

And lastly,
You say you can't believe a suggested you are on drugs again, yet you have no problem telling others that I am on drugs. Tripp your the joke. If I got a ticket and I am in a world of crap, how about sending me a coping of that ticket. You can get it from the court house under the open records request. It happened on 1/18/09. That will make it easier for you to find.
