My newest blog, since I have more time on my hands now!!!

The Godley Files

The complete P.O.S.T record of Bob Godley. The former cop that thinks the whole county owes him an apology for his bad behavior.

There is a new blogger in town, who is also upset with this school system. Thank you Paul for standing up for what is right, and not backing down to the ESTABLISHMENT.

Woodard's Departure Could Cost Camden Taxpayers
It is all hush, hush at the Commissioners office, Why? That seems to be the question. I believe Ms. Woodard finally realized that she was nothing more than one of many puppets. I think I was the only one that thought she should have gotten a raise when the Commissioners handed her the county managers job on a silver platter. It's call equal work for equal pay. I believe the labor board will agree also. Remember her background only came up because they gave her the job. They put her through all of that embarrassing stuff and then said we can't afford to pay you what a county manger should be paid. So she does not take the job. Now how many of you would still work for these people? I would not, but she did. Just long enough to lawyer up good and come after these guys. And I hope she does. Maybe a good lawsuit will wake up some of these people in this county. What do you think?

She did that job for 2 years and never got paid for it.

I don't understand the racial discrimination part, any thoughts???

As the months go on other things I have said will also come out. Watch and see!!!

If she wanted to have the job why did she not apply for it?

Seems to me that Ms Woodard received a nice increase in her pay when they asked her to help with the Managers position until they could hire a full time manager. And, I do not remember them reducing her pay when she went back to her regular job full time. I cannot understand why she did not apply for the job as County Manager instead of waiting for them to hand it to her on a silver platter. Oh well, time will tell as usual when all the cards are laid on the table. I frankly think that the Commissioners office is as top heavy on salaries as the Sheriff's office. Would love to see a new list published in the paper of the salaries in the Sheriff's Dept. and the County Commissioners Office. Maybe the paper will take that on again as they did before, especially since it is near to election time.

I believe that she did not apply because the job was to be given to her as a appointment. You don't apply to a appointed position. Case in point Danny Daniels was appointed to a position in Human Resources after being caught misappropriating Federal Funds. She has a very strong case. Undoubtedly she has a Title VII Attorney based on the language that was used.

I don't see how the CCC can appoint someone to a job that is advertised. I believe there is some rules to that situation. If they have an opening they must advertise it (and then they hire the person they already had lined up for the job) Also I think the job they gave Daniels was a job that was created just for him. CCC can get around the rules, just don't get caught unless someone sues.

Everyone needs to remember back when she got the HR job. Ask her HOW she got that Position!!! Maybe she thought she could slide into this position the same way!

Tell her to throw out the plea deal in the Perry case,

And grant him a new fair trial.

I just spoke with a lady that had called Judge Williams number to ask for Dennis Perry's plea be thrown out and to grant him a new trial. Guess what? As soon as Dennis' name was mentioned, the secretary or whoever she was got very cold and told the lady she would have to send the judge a fax or write her a letter. AND THEN SHE WOULDN'T GIVE HER THE FAX NUMBER!! She was told she would have to write a letter..which the lady has done. Does that tell you there is something wrong with this case? You people in Camden County better wake up and smell the roses before you find yourself in the same position that Dennis is in. He isn't asking to be released. Just for a FAIR trial!!
